Jim and his wife, Willa, have been  part of Whitehouse ISD since 2007 and have three children:  James, a 2015 graduate of WHS and senior at SHSU; Katheryn, a 2017 graduate of WHS and also a freshman at SHSU; and Angel, a WHS senior and member of the First Ladies drill team.  Jim is the president of The Genesis Group in Tyler, a Sunday school teacher at Green Acres and is involved numerous charities in the community.

John Love,

VP Finance & Governance

John and his wife, Lisa, have been part of Whitehouse ISD since 1999. They have three children: Jack,  a 2016 graduate of Whitehouse High School; Sam, a senior at WHS; and Beth, a freshman at WHS.  John is a United States Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Texas and has served on the board since the Foundation's inception in 2014.  

Anne Phillips,

VP Marketing 

Anne and her husband, Jason, have two children and have lived in Whitehouse ISD since 2014.  Anne  graduated from Texas A&M University with a Masters in Construction Management in 2003.  Since relocating to Tyler, Anne has in the served the Girl Scouts of America; Boy Scouts of America; Dayspring Methodist Church; Brown Elementary PTO; TJC Academy of Dance; and her neighborhood HOA.  Anne and her husband are avid Aggies, and their focus is on spending quality time with their family.

Jason Grigsby,

VP Development

Jason and his wife, Jennifer, have two children that have attended Whitehouse schools since kindergarten. Jason is a financial advisor with Southside Bank/Raymond James and graduated from LSU. While in Louisiana he helped run a small family-owned business. Jason enjoys teaching Sunday school and spending time outdoors, but most important to him is quality time with his family.

James Wansley,

VP Programs

James (class of 1993) and his father (class of 1968) both graduated from Whitehouse High School. James and his wife, Leah (class of 1995), have two daughters in WISD, both are members of the band. James has been with Tyler software development firm The Genesis Group for almost 20 years. James also serves on the Whitehouse City Council, for Grace EmBEDded and Leadership Tyler.  James enjoys learning, running and travelling with his family, especially on trains.

Al Flanagan,
Immediate Past President

Al and his wife, Kelly, have three children in the Whitehouse school district and one more will soon join.  Al has been a financial advisor with Northwestern Mutual for 16 years, is a deacon at South Spring Baptist Church and is involved with numerous other organizations in the East Texas area.  He enjoys running, golfing and spending time with his family.
