Growing Leaders provides student leadership training and resources targeted for the Millennial generation and Generation Z to help them discover their purpose, equip them for leadership development and show them how to use their gifts to serve the world around them.

With this grant, the littlest, most disadvantaged learners will be on the path to success. It partners siblings together in the effort to close inequality gaps, strengthen family relationships. Older siblings will learn how to engage and interact with younger siblings at home to reinforce learning letters and numbers--reading and math. This is a new and innovative approach to helping our students by supporting our sibling relationships and strengthening their academic future!
